Liebster Award!

Well hello lovely people. I caught up on reading and replying to my comments today and found out that I have been nominated not once but twice for the Leibster Award so big thank you to Jessica (here) and Danique (here) - make sure you check out their amazing blogs! 

The rules are as follows:

1. Post 11 random facts about yourself

2. Answer 11 questions from the person that nominated you (seeing as two people nominated me I thought it was only fair to answer both their questions).

So here goes!

11 Random Facts:

• I am 21, graduated from uni in 2012 and am just about to start looking for a job in corporate PR.
• I am hoping to do a bit of travelling around New Zealand and Asia in the next few months.
• I have a staffy called Kira who I think is the cutest thing in the world - I'm sure she will feature soon!
• I have a weakness for anything kitchen related, I have so many cookbooks that I have never even opened (shhhh).
• The perfume I wear everyday is from The Sanctuary and is called 'Wild Rose & Violet'.
• At the moment my favourite band is Bastille but I also LOVE house music.
• I would love to have blonde hair but I am way too scared to take the plunge. 
• I could watch home makeover programmes all day - my two favourites are Kirstie's Vintage Home & Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. 
• I love anything vintage/pale pink/Cath Kidston etc - my boyfriend bought me a Cath Kidston jam labelling kit as part of my Christmas present and I love it.
• I have pictures of my friends everywhere.
• Topshop. Topshop. Topshop. Topshop.

Questions from Jessica:

• If you had to sum up your blog in 3 words what would they be? - Fashion. Food. Decor.
• In 2013 what do you intend to do more of on your blog? - I want to do more beauty posts too! I'm currently testing out cheaper versions of the Clinique Chubby Stick so will post the results of that soon!
• Dresses or Jeans? - Oooo very tough! Dresses, I think... I am very picky about my jeans, Topshop Leigh's are my favourite
• Whats your favourite nail polish colour to wear? - Nude or Rose, something simple and sophisticated.
• Shoes or Bags? - Ummm do I have to choose?!?! I can'ttttt. Well I have more shoes so maybe its shoes? But I'm willing to spend more money on bags.
• What is your favourite high street shop to buy clothes from? - Topshop. Easy peasy.
• What is your must-have beauty product? - Oooo there are too many I can't live without! The Sanctuary Illuminating Moisture Face Cream I think. On the wish list atm is the Dior BB Creme as well. 
• Red lips or Nude lips? - Nude. On me anyway.
• What is your ultimate blogging wish/goal? - Tough question! I would love to get followers in triple figures. When that happens I'll do a giveaway *nudge nudge*.
• Who is your style icon? - I don't really have just one, and it tends to be just people I see on the street or my friends rather than celebrities. My friend Tara always looks incredible in anything and my ex-housemate Holly has the most incredible wardrobe which I regularly used to raid at uni.
• And just for fun...name your favourite chocolate bar :) - Twirl!

• What is your favourite city? - Paris. My boyfriend and I went for a weekend a few years ago and I fell in love with it.
• Jeans or leggings? - Leggings, just for the comfort! And like I said before I am so picky about my jeans.
• Go to a party or sit on the couch? - I must admit I have become a bit of a bore since I left uni.. I like a good balance of both!
• Making photos or standing behind the camera? - Standing behind it for sure.
• The most expensive shoes you have? - Ooo I'm not sure, probably my Uggs, or my Kurt Geiger boots (although both were bought at a discounted price shhh).
• How many bags do you own? - Between 10 and 15 I think. I had a huge clearout before Christmas so I can buy some new ones :)
• Favourite thing to eat? - Pie. Any kind.
• What is your favourite brand? - Topshop again, for daily stuff. Love Mulberry and Dior, lucky enough to own a few things.
• Dramaqueen or not? - Not! Although maybe some people would disagree haha.
• Favorite perfume? - Hugo Boss Orange, Miss Dior Cherie or Emporio Armarni Diamonds.
• Who do you love the most? - My boyfriend. Or my dog.. Tough call ;)
